Comedy Webtoon Series

KPOP Catch Them All is a comedy and slice-of-life series about a young fangirl named Toffy and her daily adventures as a Kpop Fan created and produced by a friend of mine, Yi Weng, and myself.

The creative process consist of me starting with an initial storyboard, which I then pass to Yi, who draws and paints the essentials of each panel (characters and important environment assets). Afterwards, she passes back to me the individual panels, which I edit together alongside visual touch up effects. This is also the moment where I add in the speech bubbles and the dialogues. The humour from each chapter is often a result of our combined efforts integrated together through this process. 

Although this project was initial a submission for the 2018 Webtoon contest, due to having gain interested monthly readers, we decided to pursue this series as a side passion. Over the years, this Webtoon has gathered 1k followers and over 37k viewers.
